Trust pricing is quoted manually based on schools, pupils, features and implementation scope.
Questions
What happens if we go over our pupil limit?
We'll let you know as you approach it. You can add capacity (an extra 250 pupils is £40/month) or move to a larger plan — nothing is charged without your confirmation.
How do renewals work?
Plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period. You'll see your next renewal date in your billing area.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your school's data is never deleted automatically when a subscription ends.
How is our data protected?
Each school has its own isolated workspace, protected by database-level access rules. Billing admins don't automatically see pupil information.
Is there a trial?
Yes — a 30-day pilot with no payment card required.
